Bitfinex has announced the release of Version 1.100 of its trading platform, introducing several new features, improvements, and bug fixes, according to blog.bitfinex.com.

Key Features

The update includes the addition of passkeys as a second-factor option for FIDO U2F, enhancing the platform’s security measures. Another notable feature is the integration with Bitfinex Derivatives and Thalex, which aims to provide users with a more seamless trading experience.

Improvements

Version 1.100 brings several user interface improvements. The styling of bulk order updates and funding offer pop-ups has been updated. Product banners have been moved to the footer section of information pages, and a previous campaigns section has been added to the Competitions page. Additionally, the mobile app download button color in Bitfinex Securities has been updated, and the color contrast of the primary button in the TradingView chart layout pop-up has been improved.

Bug Fixes

This version also addresses multiple bugs. The order form’s interaction with the leverage slider has been fixed to allow text selection on the page. The small gap between bid and ask bars in the order book has been resolved. The sub-account email hint position and the trimming issue of usernames upon validation have been corrected. Furthermore, a scrolling issue when opening the Movement pop-up and the display of currency symbols in the token dropdown on Bitfinex Pulse have been fixed.

Bitfinex’s derivatives platform is provided by iFinex Financial Technologies Limited. References to Bitfinex Derivatives in this update pertain to iFinex Financial Technologies Limited. The Bitfinex APIs are designed to allow complete access to the features provided by Bitfinex. More information on the API documentation can be found here.
