The company has increased its revenue by 10.09% YOY to Rs. 5,195.95 crore, and net profit increased by 102.95% to Rs. 174.79 crore. The company has maintained an order book value of Rs. 52,371 crore in Q2 FY25.

In Wednesday’s trading session, Nagarjuna Construction Company Limited’s (NCC) share plunged by 3.75 percent from the previous close of Rs. 317.40. The stock opened at Rs. 318.15 and is currently trading at Rs. 305.05 with a high of Rs. 318.30 and a low of Rs. 304.15. The market capitalization now stands at approximately Rs. 19,152.46 crore.
Q2 FY25 Result Walkthrough
NCC Limited’s consolidated revenue from operations has increased by 10.09 percent YOY, from Rs. 4,719.61 crore in Q2 FY24 to Rs. 5,195.95 crore in Q2 FY25, and is down by 5.95 percent QoQ from Rs. 5,527.98 crore in Q1 FY25.
The company has increased its EBITDA from Rs. 304 crore in Q2 FY24 to Rs. 443 crore in Q2 FY25, which is 8.5 percent of the revenue.
The consolidated net profit of NCC Limited has increased by 102.09 percent, from Rs. 86.49 crore in Q2 FY24 to Rs. 174.79 crore in Q2 FY25. As compared to the last quarter of 2025, the company’s net profit has fallen by 21.45 percent QoQ from Rs. 174.79 crore. The net profit margin has to be 3.1 percent of revenue in Q2 FY25.
NCC Limited’s earning per share has increased by 111.38 percent, from Rs. 1.23 in Q2 FY24 to Rs. 2.60 in Q2 FY25. As compared to the previous quarter, it has decreased from Rs. 3.34.
In terms of return ratios, the company’s ROCE and ROE should be 22.1 percent and 11.4 percent, respectively. The debt-to-equity ratio of the company is 0.25x, which shows NCC Limited is an almost debt-free company.
Order book
NCC Limited has maintained an order book of Rs 52,370 crore in Q2 FY25, which includes the Buildings order at 37%, Transportation at 21%, Water & Railways at 12%, Electrical (T&D) at 21%, Mining at 7%, and Irrigation & Others at 2%. The order mainly comes from Maharashtra (38%), Uttar Pradesh (16%), Karnataka (8%), Jharkhand (9%), and other states (29%) as of Q2 FY25.
