SingularityNET (AGIX) has released its biweekly development report, providing a comprehensive update on the progress made across various components of its Decentralized AI Platform. The report, dated September 6th, 2024, underscores the company’s ongoing efforts to enhance system stability, expand functionality, and improve the developer experience.
Daemon Enhancements
Significant improvements have been made to the Daemon, including the implementation of dynamic reconnection to etcd, which ensures seamless operation during organization metadata changes. Additionally, the reliability of the platform has been bolstered by adding functional tests for IPFS methods. The structure of the blockchain network configuration file has also been updated for better organization, and efforts are ongoing to optimize the SSL certificate update process for the Daemon.
Developer Portal Overhaul
The Developer Portal has undergone a major redesign, featuring a new, modern interface. Enhancements have also been made to section navigation, making information more accessible for developers.
NodeJS and Python SDK Updates
The NodeJS SDK has been thoroughly reviewed and is being prepared for a new release. The Python SDK has seen several updates, including revisions to the README.md and User Guide. The user guide has been added to the Developer Portal, and comprehensive technical documentation has been developed. Two detailed examples of Python SDK usage, complete with clear descriptions, have also been added.
Cardano Chang Hardfork Support
In support of the Cardano Chang Hardfork, all Cardano nodes within the infrastructure have been updated and synced. The dbsync component has also been updated and synced, and all bridge scripts have been modified to comply with the new hardfork standard. Cardano Staking has been updated to support the new hardfork, and compatibility of other internal infrastructure components with the Chang upgrade has been ensured.
