Stock under ₹60 jumps after receiving ₹11 Cr order from Larsen & Toubro 


During Tuesday’s morning trading session, the shares of a micro-cap company engaged in manufacturing and installing a diverse range of aluminium products hit a 5 percent upper circuit at Rs. 60.8 on NSE, after securing an order from the Realty Division of Larsen & Toubro (L&T) Limited. 

With a market cap of Rs. 144.2 crores, at 11:55 a.m., the shares of Aluwind Architectural Limited were trading in the green at Rs. 58, up by nearly 0.1 percent, as compared to its previous closing price of Rs. 57.95. 

What’s the news 

As per the latest regulatory filings with the NSE, Aluwind Architectural Limited has secured an order valued at nearly Rs. 11.25 crores from the Realty Division of Larsen & Toubro Ltd. 

The project, which includes the execution of facade work for the Commercial Development of L&T’s prestigious Tower A in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, is scheduled to commence on 15th January 2025. 

The total project duration, including the mobilisation period, will be 12 months from the commencement date. 

Previous Orders

26th September 2024: Viceroy Properties LLP awarded the company a contract worth nearly Rs. 10.22 crores for the supply and installation of aluminium system windows and facade for their luxury project, “PRIVE,” in Mumbai. 

25th October 2024: Aluwind Architectural secured an order valued at nearly Rs. 90 crores from Runwal Realty. The scope includes the design, supply, and installation of aluminium windows across 19 towers at various Runwal projects in Mumbai, Thane, and Pune, covering ~14.5 lakh square feet, along with facade work. 

1st January 2025: The company received a contract worth Rs. 7.6 crores from Godrej Projects Development Limited for SITC (Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning) services. This includes aluminium windows and railing works for the premium “Godrej Gardens” project in Mumbai.

Aluwind Architectural reported a marginal growth in revenue from operations, experiencing an increase of nearly 10 percent HoH, rising from Rs. 41.4 crores in H1 FY24 to Rs. 45.5 crores in H1 FY25. 

In contrast, during the same period, the company’s net profit decreased from Rs. 3.7 crores to Rs. 2.3 crores, representing a decline of around 37.8 percent HoH.
