With a market capitalization of Rs. 807.86 crores, the shares of Yash Highvoltage Limited’s stock surged by 5 percent, reaching an upper circuit of Rs. 282.95 per share on Wednesday, up from its previous closing price of Rs. 282.95 per share. 

What Happened

Yash HighVoltage Limited has entered into a 48-month agency agreement with WEIDMANN Electrical Technology AG, Switzerland, effective from January 1, 2025. 

The agreement covers the promotion and sale of Yash HighVoltage’s products, including LV high current bushings up to 25,000 amps and OIP condenser bushings up to 245 kV in Germany, France, Spain, and several other European and North African countries. 

In addition to its expertise in power generation, transmission, and distribution, Yash HighVoltage also manufactures a range of high-voltage equipment, ensuring comprehensive service offerings in the electrical industry.

Yash HighVoltage Limited offers high-quality electrical products, including high current bushings for transformers, oil-impregnated (OIP) and resin-impregnated (RIP) condenser bushings for insulation, and insulation materials like fiberglass cylinders and FRP guard rings to ensure durability and performance in power generation and transmission systems. 

Manufacturing Capacity

Yash Highvoltage boasts robust manufacturing capabilities with an annual production capacity of 2,500 OIP bushings, 500 high-current bushings, 1,500 RIP bushings, and 1,200 FRP cylinders and guard rings, ensuring a consistent supply of high-quality products for the power transmission industry.
